What it would have been like to start from scratch with Natalia and Agustin
Inspired by the idea of growing a community and by the key points that really matter when teaching tango.
Also inspired by the question: if we had only three classes to teach our child what tango is about and how to enjoy it, what would we focus on?
Three sessions to return to the origin, to rediscover tango from the beginning to its essence.
Three classes dedicated to exploring how it would feel to start from scratch with us, understanding the universe that exists, and where it can grow.
Three classes to reconnect with the pleasure, the listening, and the creativity of tango.
Maybe an eye opener… May be just a chance of glasses… it is for sure an opportunity to see tango in what we believe is its pure essence.
WS 1: You don’t need to show me the tango shape, tango has its own ways to appear in you!
WS 2: Technique is just a way of rationalizing body’s knowledge… but what is first?
WS 3: Music adagio: the art of holding moments for emotion to breathe!
This charming couple brings a breeze of freshness, warmth and enthusiasm from Argentina. They teach and dance the same way: deeply connected, musical, emotional and with a lot of humor.
They developed their own dancing and teaching method. Their classes are the products of their deep investigation into many different facets of the tango. Inventive, creative with many unusual & useful tools.
It will surely enrich the quality of your dance, not so much by learning (and forgetting) new figures, but by touching the essence of the dance.
Their aim as teachers is to help people find a dance that is harmonious, authentic, comfortable and natural.
